Question RX 570 Bug in GTA IV and GTA V (little white dots in the textures)

Hi everybody. I have a bug in this games. I think its the graphic card.
At a certain distance, in some textures, there are little white dots. I installed the drivers, but the bug continues. It happens mostly in the grass and in distant objects. I put the draw distance at 100% and it still happens.
