Question RX 570 Constantly Spiking

I'm having an issue with my gpu spiking from 0-100% consistently.
UserBenchmarks: Game 40%, Desk 71%, Work 46%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G - 62.1%
GPU: AMD RX 570 - 37.8%
SSD: Team T253TD480G 480GB - 92.4%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2018) - 110.3%
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 87.8%
MBD: MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX (MS-7A38)
The spiking is according to the newest radeon software under utilization

I had the same problem, I went out and bought an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and have not had the same issue. When playing And game my usage is around 30% just at desktop 1%
