Question RX 570 Drivers downgraded all of a sudden?

Hey everyone, so I the drivers of my RX 570 downgraded I think, I had the latest Adrenalin Drivers but suddenly when I tried to use Radeon Settings, it said that the version didn't match so I checked MSI Afterburner to see my Driver Version and it says that I have Adrenalin 18.50.16.01 which shocked me, I fixed it pretty easily by just downloading the latest drivers again but I have no clue what caused this, do you guys have any idea?

You accidentally downloaded the wrong driver the first time?

I only download the latest drivers, the old drivers was probably whats causing stutters on my games.
