Question RX 570 fan speed is completely bizarre

My GPU is reading 69444 RPM, but I doubt is even 1000RPM, is impossible to play any games because is heating to much and the fan speed dons't change.
I'm trying to solve this for a while, I reintalled the driver, I opened the video card and clean it, but nothing works.

Have you tried installing a DIFFERENT driver?

What do your temps get to while running FurMark for 15 minutes? If >85C, is the frequency dropping?

I tried to use previous versions of the driver, and MSI Afterburner, but I can't control the speed fans.
I will try to running FurMark.
