I am wondering if this is normal that if card is not warm or under heavy pressure fans will not spin. this card I bought recently,
XFX RX-570P8DFD6 Radeon RX 570 RS XXX Edition 1286MHz, 8gb GDDR5, DX12 VR Ready, Dual BIOS, 3xDP HDMI DVI, AMD Graphics Card to connect 4 monitors 3 4K monitors and one 1920x1200 and soley for the office work usage. No games and no video editing.
I noticed when the system turns on, fans spin and then stop. Since I just built the system and used only for 30-45 minutes just to check if the system and the monitors are working. I am guessing they will spin only when the card get hot otherwise they will not spin. By next week I will be start using the system on a full-time basis.
