[SOLVED] rx 570 gets warm but no display and fan doesn't spin

so i finally bought powers supply 500wat evga works well but i try my rx 570 and everything powers on but i get no display and the fans does not spin but the graphics card gets warm is there any way i can fix this

Did you plug the 8-pin power cable into the end of the GPU?

Many modern GPUs don't spin the fans if the core temp is <55-60C.

Is the monitor cable plugged into the RX570 card and not the display ports on the mobo?

yes the display cable is plug into the gpu and the 8pin is connected

What CPU do you have? Does it have integrated graphics? If so, you could try removing the RX570, going into the BIOS to look for the "default graphics adapter" and making sure it's set to auto or dGPU.
