I've been having issues with my RX 570. Just bought it second hand a few days ago since I couldn't pass on a powercolor red dragon in mint condition. The problem was after a day or two the GPU was crashing after playing games for a couple of minutes since I believed it started when I tried to Undervolt the graphics card and lowering the core clocks by just a bit. My temperatures are actually very good as I heard and it would never reach that 80C mark when gaming but it would still crash on me. Just now the graphics card crashed when all I was doing was watching youtube and a bit of browsing, I've tried using DDU and reinstalling but no luck in that department, I've also tried setting my ram speeds back to stock right now since it was overclocked and I suspected it might cause the problem.

Specs: Ryzen 3 2200g
PSU: 550W Corsair VS
Mobo: A320M PRO-M2
Ram: 2x4 HyperX Fury 2666 MHZ.

by crashing you mean the system reboots?

try a different power supply

eventually update the BIOS of your motherboard (within BIOS using M-Flash)

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I got to ask, but I am only seeing 6pins on this RX 570 when the Red Dragon specified on the site is 8 pins. Could that be the problem? I've seen other RX 570s with 6 pins but I'm not too sure if Red Dragon offers that.

I had the same problem with Rx 570 after searching for 3 months I found the solution

  1. first install MSI Afterburner
  2. set base clock to 1000 Mhz
  3. set memory clock to 1450 mhz
  4. set power to 50%
  5. set fan speed to 100%
  6. save the setting
It should work for you as well.

Note: don't open AMD Radeon software window just let it run in the background.
