Hello, I recently checked out this review about the 570 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOng3RF_q9I and I saw that its 25% less efficient than 470 for a small increase in performance (~5%). When I checked the comments, some people were saying that if you undervolt it and overclock it it's worth it. Is this true?

Should I give 10 more euros for the 570 or get a 470? At what price difference is the 570 better value than the 470?

It is effectively the same GPU running at a higher clock frequency. So you could achieve the same results of the RX470 by underclocking an RX570.

Does the efficiency matter to you or the performance? If efficiency, go with an Nvidia GTX1060.

I don't wanna buy a 1060 3g because I want to play forza horizon 3, which hates less than 4g vram cards. I also don't have the money for a 6g so I will go for a 470.

Why are you worried about the energy efficiency? Is the extra 35 watts gonna go past the capacity of your PSU? If that is the case, then you should not get either as there will be spikes in wattage with both GPUs.

If you are worried about saving power the 35 watts .84 Kwh per day. Not sure where you live, but that would cost less than .10 cents per day for me, and that is if you were running it 24/7. In reality, over the life of the card the energy savings will be next to nothing.

Go with the 570 and don't worry about the 35 watts. If you want better performance, go with the gtx 1060 6gb. The 6gb model has more than just more VRAM, it also has more cores. The 1060 6gb is a decent jump from a 570/1060 3gb.

RX 470 TDP of 85w? :O I thought it was 120w. By the way I bought the gaming x 470 4gb. I think it's more than enough for my g4560 and 8gigs of ram on a 1080p monitor.
