Question Rx 570 less life

Why do people say that RX570 has less life than GTX1650?
What do they mean by it?

LESS LIFE in what sense, wear and tear of the GPU ? Or, are you talking about the AMD"s "FINE WINE" theory ?

Or, do you mean to say the RX 570 will perform even worse that the GTX 1650 after many years of it's release, despite new drivers, and the GTX 1650 will outperform it, and is going to be more Future-proof ??
