ok long story short, i wanted to see if i can build a "cheap gaming pc" using "used parts" this is also my first time building a pc. put everything together.
and the gpu would crash or black screen if played a default settings. after some troubleshooting realize the gpu would run but only if the memory clock was set to 1375mhz or under, when the default setting is 1750mhz, anything higher would result in a instant crash or black screen. any idea why this might be happening any help or advice is greatly appreciated. thank you.
