Which graphics card is better for gaming. I have bad airflow and i dont want the graphics card to go up to 75-80 so which is better at temperatures and noise?

Solution
Don't worry about bottleneck. The term is misused to the point of meaninglessness, and it's not something you should worry about.

Some games might be limited by the GPU, and some by the CPU. The Ryzen 3 1200 is a little on the weak side, but it's really more a matter of what games you play.

Do not worry about trying to get some ideal match between CPU and GPU. The idea of that kind of a match is a fiction.

Edit: performance-wise, in order:
  • GTX 1650
  • RX 570 4GB
  • RX 570 8GB
  • GTX 1650 Super
  • RX 580 8GB
The last two are so close to each other that they might as well be treated as equals. The 4GB of the 1650 Super MIGHT limit it in some places.

If you are talking about a normal GTX 1650 and not the 1650 Super then the RX570 is slightly faster. If you can get a GTX 1650 Super then I would recommend that over the RX570.

Also its normal for a graphics card to reach the mid 70s to low 80s even in a good airflow PC.
I have R3 1200 locked because of mobo a320 that dosnt support OC so isnt worth to buy gtx 1650 super. So you telling me to buy rx 570 and not gtx 1650, but at some other reviews of rx 570 i saw that its too noisy when it go 50% fan speed..

The normal 1650 isn't worth buying unless you are getting a really good deal on one new or used. The 1650 Super is a much better investment. Also you can look on the used market and find Ryzen 1500, 1600 and 2600s used for pretty cheap these days so upgrading off that 1200 would cost all that much.

The true is i dont want to buy used things i dont trust them and the cpu mobo and ram i upgraded before 8 months. In my country the gtx 1650 has 150$ and the rx 570 8gb 150$ too so which one would you choose? for my setup?

The regular 1650 was a disappointment when it was released because the RX 570 8gb outperformed it in just about every game. If they are the same price, get the RX 570.

The 1650 Super, however, is better than both of them.

There is also now a 1650 non-super that is coming with GDDR6, but I haven't seen any performance reviews of it yet, and I don't know if it's been officially released yet or not.

Yes i saw that in benchmarks the rx 570 is a little better than gtx 1650, but i saw a lot of reviews of rx 570 and they say its too noisy and it has high temperatures

It depends on which RX570. For example, the ASRock ones were known for being noisy and requiring higher fan speeds, the Sapphire models had pretty good, quiet coolers, etc. The RX 570 is only a 150W card, it doesn't need crazy amounts of cooling.

Oh okay. I was looking at gtx 1650 super and its only 170$ but i will have bottleneck with my ryzen 3 1200 locked right?
