I want to play AAA titles at ultra settings. Also, I play a lot of FPS, So i was wondering if I should choose a TN 144hz panel? I've heard the viewing angles are pretty bad and the color accuracy is bad too. But the fluidity will help.
If i go for 144hz panel then i might as well go for rx 580, right?

Solution
Get the 1070 Windforce (great deal), a 2x8 Ripjaws V kit of RAM from prime ABGB, I believe one was about 8k INR, the MX 300, a 1-2TB SSD depending on your needs or budget, the gaming 3 mobo which is well priced, the Seasonic 520w from MD computers, and the 88R, which is a great case btw.
For a monitor get the XL2411Z.
What's the shipping on Amazon global?
If its above 28000 INR get this, better card anyway: https://www.mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=5069

So that's two questions? :)

The RX580 would be a good card to get if you're only looking at maxing out details at 1080p. If you're looking at higher resolutions then you will need a beefier card from the other camp.

What are your full system's specs?

Thanks for the fast reply.
I'm building a new system and i've decided upon these:

AMD ryzen 5 1600
Gigabyte Gaming 3 B350 Motherboard
Corsair 3000Mhz Vengeance RAM 16gb
Crucial MX300 275gb
WD Blue 2TB
Fractal Design Core
Seasonic 520W PSU

The rx580 will struggle to provide the FPS required for a 144hz display with AAA titles at 1080p even with lower settings. You would either need to stick to 60hz or you will need a 1070 or 1080.

If you only plan to play at 1080p and 60hz then the rx580 would be fine and can play most games at high or ultra settings and still provide nice FPS.

He mentioned AAA at ultra settings. I am not aware of any AAA title that can be maxed out at 144hz on the rx580. He will be lucky to max out most titles at 60hz

No, i play on my laptop currently. So, i'm building a rig for better gaming as it can't handle much.
My budget including monitor is about 1300$.

As Chugalug said, I want to max out AAA titles only at 60hz but many esports title can take advantage of 144hz and that's the reason for my question about the monitor.

sorry, should have already told you that I'm from India. I had a budget of 1550USD but things are costly here so I thought it would be the equivalent of 1300$ in USA. But I guess its not, For 1550$, the RX is probably the max i could get. Here is the breakup, help if I'm wasting unnecessary money somewhere:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 - 259$ (1500x is 225$)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Ga-AB350-gaming 3 - 137$ (Your suggested motherboard almost costs the same here)
SSD: Crucial MX300 275gb - 100$
HDD: WD blue 2TB - 85$ (1tb costs 55$)
Case: Corsair carbide 88r - 85$, as a reference the nzxt source 340 is 100$ here, elite costs 130$, cooler master Master Box is also 100$.
RAM : Any DDR4 2400 Mhz RAM 16gb costs around 125$
PSU Seasonic 520w - 854
Graphics Card - Sapphire rx 570 Nitro+ 4gb - 265$
MSI Gaming x RX 580 8gb - 375$
EVGA GTX 1070 SC gaming ACX - 560$
EVGA GTX 1080 FTW DW - 810$

That said, the Gigabyte gtx 1070 windforce OC is available for 410$ and Amp extreme 1070 for 53 0$but both Without Warranty and EVGA gtx 1080 founders edition or MSI gtx 1080 gaming x are available for 650$ and 670$ without warranty. Should i buy a card without warranty? They are without warranty because they will be imported by Amazon Global. They're new though, not used.

Monitors - Acer GN245HL 144hz 1080p Freesync TN- 280$ (Only tilt, no up and down movement)
BenQ Zowie XL2411 144hz 1080p freesync TN - 380$
LG 24gm77 144hz 1080p freesync TN - 340$
Samsung S24F356FHU 1080p 60hz freesync IPS - 190$.

So, without monitor and graphics cards, the total(if i'm not wasting money) comes to be - 791$. I have 680$ more to spend on graphic card and monitor combined, i've given you the prices, please help me out. Thanks in advance.
