RX 570 or used GTX 1060

Hello, I have the option of buying an used GTX 1060 (240 usd) or a brand new RX 570 (270 usd) how risky would it be to buy an used gpu? The rx 570 comes with assasins creed odyssey and other 2 games for free.

The GTX 1060 is faster in most games. But the RX-570 is a better deal with 3 games (if you play them).
As to the quality of the used card, it all depends on who's selling it and how much use its had. Might have run 24/7 for months mining cryptocurrency.

Like clutchc said, the GTX 1060 could have been used for crypto mining. I would ask the seller if the card was ever overclocked or used for mining. If you are getting the 3GB version for that amount used, you are better off going to Amazon and buying a brand new one for the same price or a little more. If the RX 570 has games you are really interested in, then that would be the better option.
