[SOLVED] RX 570 Running Faster and Hot!

I recently bought a PC:

Gigabyte B450 Aorus M,
Ryzen 5 2600,
MSI RX570 8GB ARMOR OC

The problem is that the GPU runs at 1366Mhz stock and 2000MHz Memory Speed ,without overclocking it, while MSI says that this card can run up to 1268(gpu) and 1750mhz (memory) on boost. The card is fast but the temperature is over 75c when I play demanding games , sometimes even 80+ celsius. Anyone know whats the problem? Is that an Motherboard setting? I manually underclock to 1265 with MSI afterburner and temperature is little better but afterburner settings are not permanent.

What voltage at 1366MHz?
What fan speed?

75C is perfectly fine, that's probably the target temp anyway. 80C is ok also.
