[SOLVED] rx 570 stuck at 300mhz and 30v

my graphics is stuck at 300mhz msi afterburner was showing that and the amd software. tis problem started after puting my pc in a new case
maybe that means that the pcie cable is damaged i have a modluar power suplly and another cable shoulkd i try? or thates maybe another problem because i buyed the card used

YES csgo was running slower after the swich of the case

bro check once if u installed all the components agian perfectly ( maybe u missed a wire or u didnt properly insert gpu or something else)

SO i was lokking on thew internet about this problem one had teh same issue rx570, used ,running at 300mhz while gaming somone said maybe 1st buyyer was overclocking it and something happened so the gpu set self into safe mode where it runs 300mhz

GPU SCLK: 300 MHz at idle is normal.
GPU PWR: should be lower, mine stays at 7-15W (Check your PSU and voltage) I have Corsair CV-650

When in-game the GPU SCLK should stay fixed at max value, I have the RX 570 4 GiGs which is 1244 MHz and after overclock it goes upto 1314 MHz.
