RX 570 vs GTX 1060 3gb vs GTX 970

Hello, so as you can see in title I'm looking for a graphic card. At this moment I have a 720p monitor, but I'm considering the 1080p in few months. So the question is- What card should I buy for gaming (GTA V, Witcher 3, BF1 etc.)
-GTX 1060 3Gb
-RX 570 4Gb
-Or maybe used GTX 970 with a guarantee (I found some 970s with a year or two years of guarantee).
Oh, and my other components are i5 7400, 8Gb RAM, H110m Pro VD, Silentum PC 500w

Agreed with above, GTX 1060 6GB if you can find it, it'll be better to have the VRAM for when you switch to 1080p soon. If not, i'd personally lean towards the RX 570 4GB and if you are keen, consider Overclocking as they have proven to reach RX 480 performance with a modest Overclock, the 1060 3GB trades blows with it but i'd opt for the extra VRAM.
