Is £80 a good price for this GPU, first hand with 1 year warranty? Furthermore, which CPU's or motherboard would match this GPU the best, I am on quite a budget attempting to game with a spec around £500 or so. Don't need to have the highest settings but would want to play games such as arma 3, gta 5 on medium settings.

EDIT: JUST REALISED IT IS A RX 470 FOR £80 NOT 570. So my question stands with a few extra, Is the 470 worth it? Should I buy it etc...

Hi Itz_TryFX. I can see these cards at around 50 to 100 bux on ebay. I guess 80 is not bad with a 1 year warranty.

For the CPU and board, RAM. This below would be the minimum I would recommend for a system nowadays.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($172.39 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($85.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Crucial P1 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($67.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $441.36
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Which GPU? The RX 470 or 570. Furthermore, can't I just replace the 500gb SDD with a 1TB HDD. The CPU, Is it worth the upgrade from the Ryzen 5 2600? Furthermore, how about a CPU cooler and case fan or are those not necessary?
