[SOLVED] RX 5700 screen goes green

So,ive got an issue of when playing games sometimes,maybe once a day or so,i get a green screen and i need to unplug HDMI cabel and plug it back in to get the picture back,if i shut down the screen and turn it on again,doesnt help,so this was the only fix i found,or to just restart PC,that would fix it as well

my question is,what could be cousin this ?

the issue would happen on different monitor with different hdmi cabel as well....
so the problem is not monitor

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Make and model of PSU?

GPU temps during games?

Have you completely uninstalled graphics drivers using DDU and then reinstalled them?

RMAing the card may be a possibility.
