the rx 5700 cost 28$ more than the rtx 2060 in my country,is it worth it ?

and can a 550w psu handle the rx 5700 (crosair vs550) ?

Solution
The issue for you isn't the wattage of the PSU. The problem is the Corsair VS series is a low end PSU that I would never buy. Will it work with both the AMD and nVidia GPU, yes. You just won't have some of the protections that you would want for those GPUs. In the short term you can run it on for either GPU, but you will want to get a good quality PSU in the future. The CX is a good budget PSU.
If $28 is 10% additional cost or less then it is worth it as the 5700 is about 10% faster than the 2060. A 550W PSU should be OK, but that is a low quality PSU so I wouldn't want it running any mid grade or higher GPU.
i cant really afford an new psu and gpu atm

should i play it safe and go for the rtx 2060 ?

and its a 5% additional cost ( it's 24$ more expensive i did the currency conversion wrong)

edit : i just checked the psu pricing and i can get Corsair 650W 80+ Bronze CX650 and the 5700 but it will cost me the same as buying an rtx 2060 super ( in fact it wil be 11$+- more expensive than the rtx 2060 super)

should i get it ,or just buy the rtx 2060/2060 s ?
