Question RX 5700 w Ryzen 5 3400G is underperforming ?

Hi guys, i wanted to ask why does my PC Build underperform on WarZone, Fortnite, Minecraft, and basically everything ?
Temps are good on everything.
Here's PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 3400G -CPU
RX 5700 8GB Sapphire (normal) -GPU
8x2 HyperX Phantom (3000mhz but I keep them on 2933 cuz of cpu limits) -RAM
ASROCK B450 Pro4 (with latest BIOS version).

Not doing as expected, when I watch videos they get 160+ fps
I get 80 fps with fps drops to 10

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
monitor connected to the gpu?
ram/ssd usage?
malware scan the sytem?

1. I don't, but I should be getting more performance.
2. CPU= 60-90 GPU= 40=97

5. No malwares, even with fresh windows installation.

The Ryzen 5 3400G is a good CPU, but not great for gaming. Yours is running hot, if 60c is the idle temp. When it hits 90c, it will throttle to protect itself.

No, I'm using an aio
And on idle it's 40-50

What specific AIO (make/model)? Temps are too high. Idle should be in 30s, typically.

I really don't know, my build is pre-built but I picked the parts, they said: Hey do you want the CPU to be water cooled for 50$, I was like, sure. So does that mean I should change my CPU

Do you have a parts list for the PC itself? From when you bought it?

Any decent AIO should cool the 3400G well. I would make sure the fans are oriented properly and that the AIO waterblock/pump is firmly attached to the CPU.
