[SOLVED] rx 5700 xt software audio bug on windows 10

So i've tried alot of things to fix this and i just can't get it to work. I've figured out that the sound works find when i'm playing league of legends but if i tab out it starts stutting and making weird rumbling sounds. When i'm not in game and watching a movie, listening to groove (windows app) or watching youtube the sound is there constantly. The software is also affecting my mouse. It's making it lag some how. The mouse also works fine when i'm in game. I've tried ddu many times and a clean windows install. The problem seems to be with the driver i hope

Download the latency monitor app from here https://www.resplendence.com/main run the program in the background while you use your computer for gaming, surfing, listening to your music etc. Then check the latency monitors report and see if there are problems.
