Hi, I’ve recently purchased a sapphire pulse rx 5700xt and in the Adrenalin software it doesn’t let me set the clock speed above 1440mhz. The power tuning also doesn’t show a value when I try to increase the slider.

Any help or clarification would be appreciated

Solution
With used hardware, you get them "as is" and there is 0 expectation of them to be working as brand new hardware.

And with used GPUs, there is 0 idea what kind of abuse it has seen. It could very well be ex-mining GPU, that has custom mining BIOS on it, to reduce the clock speeds according to the miner needs.

You could try to flash the GPU BIOS, it might help. Or it might brick the GPU completely. Your call.
Default/vanilla BIOS for your GPU can be found here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/212910/sapphire-rx5700xt-8192-190722-2
Sorry for the late reply I’ve been busy and just got around to attempting this and it seemed to have fixed my problem thank you for the help

Ok makes sense I’ll try and flash back to the default and see how it goes
