Question RX 580 4gb Special Edition no power

Hey guys.. I was testing the rx 580 and everything was just fine.. After a restart the fans were no longer lighting up ,spinning and failed to post. The sapphire logo is lighting up when connected to the motherboard but no power is being drawn from the gpu as there is no heat or power to the fans.
What could be the problem?

Cpu: Core i5-9400
Motherboard: MSI A390 gaming plus
GPU: Rx 580 4gb Special Edition
PSU: Evga 500w bronze(new)
