Question RX 580 6 pin connector only?

i bought a RX 580 (https://www.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Phantom Gaming D Radeon RX580 8G OC/) and it has a 6 pin connector only, i was looking that the consumption is 185 w, but the 6pin conector and the pcie only give 150w . when i put the oc profile it starts failing, what is the problem, the 6 pin connector or my gpu?

it have a oc profile
OC Mode: 1424 MHz / 8032 MHz
Default Mode: 1370 MHz / 8000 MHz. im using the default mode but when i put the OC mode the games start crashing

im sure that the power supply isnt the problem, my build have:
corsair cx650m
intel i3 8100
8gb ram
msi z370-a pro
amd rx 580
ssd 120gb
hdd 750gb

It's not a great psu, but it should be fine. 99%certain there's a problem with the card, although it sounds more like a problem with their bios for the card which is surprising. What temps do you see on the card before it happens?

This runs at 75°c only, with coolers at 50-60%. Idk why it runs so bad,
