RX 580 8gb fans spinning, but no display

So I got an RX 580 8gb as a replacement for my GT 640, but when turning on the computer I was met with a "DVI NO DISPLAY", and the fans were spinning, any help? Here are my specs:

motherboard: 0gdg8y
cpu: i7-2600 (not k)
psu: EVGA 450w 80 plus bronze
ram: 8gb ddr3
storage: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA )
optical drives: TSSTcorp DVD+-RW SH-216AB ATA Device

I am having same problem and I have a 550 watt PSU my comfig is same as you except I have 2310 and GPU is same aswell
