Is this card a lower performance version of the RX 580, or something? Seems to be lower priced than any others I've checked prices on. And I cant find that SKU# (11265-67-20G) anywhere on Sapphire's site.

The only differences are 'out of the factory' max boost clock speeds for the GPU which in the end only affects the performance a small amount (1-5% FPS difference varying on game). You'll see the same thing happening with all other types of GPUs, some will say OC in the title and some will not. All this means is the core clocks of the GPU, however you are always freely able to overclock yourself to make up this performance difference, as little as it may be. Though prices may drop soon now that nvidia is releasing new cards to the market in a month and people on ebay and such are selling their 1080 Tis for 250$ or lower.

Yes, in the related products the NITRO + version has +60 on the boost clock so the card you're looking at is definitely not as strong, although the performance difference will be 5% at best so if you don't find similar cards in the same price range then go for it.
How do you know that is the same card? The link you posted doesn't show the SKU#, but does have a "G%" in its name. The one I linked to is "67" in the SKU#. And what do you mean "+" version?

Can you show me where you are finding this information about the boost clock? I haven't been able to locate that particular SKU# for comparison.

It's the same as the G5 on sapphire's site.
https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/pulse-rx-580-8g-g5

The main difference is the G5 has an extra DVI video output and can boost about 60Hz higher than it's lite counterpart (the one you linked). Which is again not that much different performance wise since the GPU is Die is the same.

So... maybe the card is Amzon stock normally sold in India? That's why there's a delay for shipment? Have to wait till the shipment comes in? (Your first link was an India seller.)

Yeah, I know. I didn't say it was spectacularly cheap, just that it was the lowest priced one I could find. If you know of another graphics card of equal performance at that price, please let me know. I'm in the US. Doesn't have to be an RX 580.

The link for the one being sold in india is not where I'm telling you to purchase it, look at the spec list on that page, it shows the clock speeds you were asking about for the link you initially sent. The second link is a more expensive variant with clock speeds in the spec list as well.
