[SOLVED] RX 580 8gb no signal?

I recently got an EVGA 600w 80 plus white psu because my rx 580 was not working with my 450w. When I boot my pc, I'm met with the same black screen. The light for the plug to my graphics card is blue which I guess means there is power. The fans are spinning, and I have no clue why the card does not display.

ram: 8gb ddr3

legacy bios. if you can disable secure boot with your integrated graphics by plugging into MB. that might work

when going in to my bios settings (aptio setup utility) there is no option for secure boot? also when using advanced options in windows 10 i do not get the option "uefi firmware settings".

EVGA 600W White PSU won't be enough for a 580. The card runs over the power recommendations at load. Plus that PSU is only 80% or so efficient, I've had the same PSU. Get a EVGA 650W/750W GQ 80+ Gold or a TXM750 from Corsair.
