These are the low end MSI models. You can get a PowerColor Red Devil or a Sapphire Nitro for less than 200$ these days, which is pretty good deal on these high end premium models.

For sure better, the Red Devil actually has 3 operating modes, silent, std and overclock...
Personally I've always used Silent, it's wisper quiet and plenty of performance.
