Question RX 580 BIOS VERSION XXX.XXX.XXX

Greetings. I recently purchased used RX 580
Model: GIGABYTE AORUS RX 580 8GB REV1.1
It is working after ai install drivers but sometimes goes off and on and then it keeps working.
My main concern is when I check bios version it says XXX.XXX.XXX. bios version i flashed is F81 which I believe is the right one but if you could help me choose the right one. Here's a photo of white stickers on the back.

what do you mean goes off and on and keeps working, please explain. also please list your complete system specs, PSU make and model
