rx 580 bottleneck question

hi , i have i5 4590 and i want to get rx 580 , and my question is , i will get bottleneck?

That i5 has enough power to support the 580, no worries there.

Those components are very balanced and a good choice, you will get little bottlenecks here and there depending on what game you are playing. However, you wont need to worry about bottlenecks with those components and you will get the optimal performance out of them.
