I have RX 580 Sapphire Pulse 8GB
Can I make a crossfire build and add RX 580 NITRO+ 8GB?
another question: In Msi afterburner my gpu usage stuck at 16% Why??
Another One : Will I have a bottleneck if I have R5 1600X with RX 580 Crossfire?
The Last one : Is crossfire worth it at all? Do games support it ?
and does 750W PSU will be enough to run a crossfire?

Why my msi afterburner looks like this (with zeros and so on)

What exact motherboard and psu do you have? 750w is meaningless.

There are loads of articles on the problems of crossfire and sli. The biggest is not all games support them and in recent years support has been getting worse. Then some games that support it support it badly with little gain. Personally I had an sli setup years ago but I wouldn't consider one today.

As for bottleneck it depends, how are you using the setup? 1080p 144Hz or 4 60Hz have very different cpu requirements.

Bottom line is if you need more gpu power get a stronger single card. Only if no single card exists that will meet your needs should you even consider sli/crossfire.

I considered a crossfire becuase I have a rx 580 8gb sapphire already and I am searching for a better performance with a crossfire

I want to use it 1080p 60Hz
and the motherboard is MSI X370 SLI Plus

If my target is just to get stable 60Hz and thats it it will be enough to stay with one rx 580?

So I should just stay with the rx 580 if I want to play on 60fps stable?
Which cpu should I have to get 60 fps stable every game?

I'd say Ryzen 1600 is the sweet spot for 60Hz gaming. Huge amount of headroom for the future at a decent price.

And rx 580 8gb I shouldn't change it ? , and do you know if rx 580 sapphire pulse can be overclocked ? because his cooling solution is not good enough is it ?

The 580 8gb is a great gpu for 1080p 60Hz, definitely no need to consider changing it. All 580's can be OC'd, by how much depends on the quality of the cooler, the gpu's power design and some luck if you get a good or bad overclocking chip. Make sure to read some overclocking guides and personally Id avoid overclocking the VRAM as pushing too far can decrease fps and any fps gains to be had are usually minimal.

I am talking about the rx 580 sapphire do you think its a good gpu to oc?

Having not owned that specific model I can only Google the same reviews you will find. Generally the difference between brands and models are not big, usually just cooling ability and fan noise separate them.
