Hi guys.

Im having trouble installing a new graphics card.

Im currently using a GTX 660Ti in my MSI P55 CD53 mb with an i5 750 clocked at 3.3 ghz with 16 gb ddr3 Corsair 1600mhz RAM.

But it intermittently loses signal to the screen. And starts acting very unstable after a 20 minutes or so.

I thought It was my power supply so Ive tried with a corsair 750 watt PSU but still the same problem. I have no problems using the GTX 660TI. im really scratching my head here.

English is not my first language so I apologize for any misspellings ;)

I forgot to mention its a card I've borrowed from my brother to test if its worth the upgrade ;) So I know its a working card - but ill try cleaning the drivers. I've used DDU in failsafe mode to clean the drivers before installing though

Not sure about your board since getting old but some you can change the bios setting to legacy or UEFI. Have a suspicion yours is only legacy (normal old style BIOS) then again maybe a BIOS update (only recommended when issues) can fix the issue.
