Question RX 580 fans wont turn on

I bought a Sapphire rx 580 8gb a few months ago and it has been working perfectly until a couple weeks ago. The fans won't turn sometimes when I am gaming even though the temperature is rising to about 83 degrees. It is also overclocked to 1445 core and 2230 memory.

I bought a new Sapphire RX 580 8GB card in May. It has been working perfectly until a couple weeks ago. Now the fans wont turn on when I'm gaming and the temp rises to about 84 degrees. Also when I boot my PC, the fans dont spin at all.

I would update your gpu driver thats for sure.
Drop the overclock
do so and reboot the system.

same issue? Be sure the fan plug has not come loose.
Simply remove the card
reboot the system using integrated graphics
turn the pc off again
reinstall the card.
if this is not an option remove the card then reinstall it and reboot
I get the feeling you have a loose connection
that overclock and 83 c while gaming I don't see that being possible

adjust your fan curve in radeon software

2 things
First, I have a Ryzen 5 3600 which does not have integrated graphics so if I have a loose connection, would the computer still be able to run and second, if it could run, how would I fix that?
