Hi,
I like (indie)-gaming, and I am going to build a PC. I currently have a 24" 2009 iMac.

I have a question. I want to buy a RX 580 for a playable experience on a 4k monitor. What I consider playable is above 15 FPS. My library consists mostly out of indie games like: Stardew Valley, Starbound, Terraria, Halfway, Celeste, etc. I also own a few triple A's like: Star Wars Battlefront II, Lego Games, Portal 1 and 2, Sanctum 2. Those are the only triple A games I own. I would like to run all my games at highest graphical settings.

This will be my PC's specifications:
- Ryzen 5 @ 4.7
- 8 GB of Ram
- 500 Watt PSU
- 1 TB HD
- RX 580, 8 GB
- €120 Gaming MoBo

Is it possible?

Some of those higher end titles, no, you would best be running them at 1920x1080. They should still look okay on a 4K screen.

Your indie titles will be okay if they support that resolution.

There really isn't a good single GPU choice for 4K. Even the GTX1080Ti can't handle all titles at 4K at high settings.

What is the model? AOC makes several 32" panels at various resolutions.

By the price I would guess 1920x1080, which would be quite awful on such a large panel. 2560x1440 would be the minimum reasonable for a 32" display.

Same applies. The RX580 might struggle a little in some titles at 2560x1440 but you could probably stay above 15FPS. Not sure why you would do that in Battlefront though.

If 200 is your budget for a panel. I suggest looking at some higher quality 1920x1080 displays. Go for a 75hz+ freesync panel. That would pair nicely with an RX580.
