Rx 580 framedrops and stuttering with freesync on

So i upgrade from and gtx 750 ti to an Rx 580 4gb Because i have a freesync monitor , after i put it all games run so Well Then after a day i have 20 frames dropped in every Game and a loot of stuttering and the freesync is on , i Dont know What to do. Tomorrow i ll reinstall My Windows to see if it will resolve this
My rig:
Ryzen 5 1600
1x8 ddr4 2400mhz ram
Msi b320m gaming pro mobo
580w power supply( be quiet)
