Question RX 580 Gaming ROG Strix for $189?

Why is the RX 580 Gaming ROG Strix on newegg for $189? Isn't this a $350+ card? Should I buy this because I'm looking for a card for around $200 and this seems too good to be true. This is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2mmNCb

Prices on some graphics cards have come down recently. Would expect some RX 580s to be around the $200 price point.

That is about right for a 580. Those GPUs have been out for awhile now, but are still decent.

Decent build too. You may want to check the prices of the crucial mx500. It is a good SSD that will perform similar to the 860 EVO but for about $10 more you will get double the capacity.
