Will an i5-3470 3.4Ghz bottleneck an rx580?

Maybe in some games, maybe not in others. It's difficult to say for certain as it comes down to the game & resolution. If you don't have a GPU now and wanted to add one in for gaming it's still going to be a massive improvement over the iGPU even in scenarios where the CPU holds back the GPU a bit, this is assuming your gaming at 1080P.
