Question rx 580 is working only on my system

hi guys,
need some help ...
recently bought a rx 580 4gb xfx 2048sp
bought for temporary usage
working great but the issue is It's not working on any other system Have tried on h61 gigabyte,msi,z170 asus but no luck,
the same card is working on my b450 aorus pro wifi with ryzen 5 3500x have tested on both hdmi and dp working in my system but not on any other don't know what's the issue should I change it's bios to msi or any other will it help ?
on other system gpu doesn't give display but fan rotates have tested on other psu,processors,ram but works only on my system ... on other system rx 580 8gb sapphire and gtx 650 is running but not rx 580 4gb 2048sp

Those should both work just fine as long as the 8-pin aux power is connected to the RX580 and the PSU is capable of the wattage (GTX650 is far less power-hungry).

was running gtx 980 ti on same psu it was fsp 80+ gold psu

i'm sure it's not a psu issue just checked in gpu-z and the gpu is in pcie x16 3.0 lane but running at x8 3.0 ...
