and it only happen the past 2 days usually it run alright. before it happens i playing around with trixx i overclocked my GPU and only crash once after crash i set it to normal again and the next day this happen.

i already re-install the driver with DDU and install the latest driver, no help.

is it cause by my power supply? and how do i to fix it?

specs:
i5 4460
sapphire RX 580 niro+ 4GB
Enermax naxn 500w
8 GB of ram

No it's not i bought new PSU and it still shuting down the system, it's turn out that the VGA to HDMI adapter that i use to conect my old monitor is the problem, when i test it with my HDMI TV everything works fine
