the system you posted has 1 x HDMI | 1 x DisplayPort provided by the RX580. But the DVI-D should be there too.
these can be found below the audio connection part of the motherboard. Don´t use the upper graphics connections, these are the HD graphics connections you don´t wanna use.

look at the back of your case, plug the hdmi to the gpu
