Question RX 580 Memory and boost clock dropped with the usage in Warframe

I was playing Warframe and after half an hour or so my GPU usage dropped to 0% with spikes to 90%, and my memory clock was at 1000MHz while it's usually at 2000 and my max boost clock dropped to 900MHz with the usual max boost clock being 1370MHz. After 10ish minutes everything went back to normal.
