Hi..
I am making my first gaming rig with the following-

Ryzen 7 1700x
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Cryorig H5 Universal Air Cooler
GSkill Trident Z RGB 3000Mhz 16GB RAM
EVGA SuperNova 650 G2 PSU
WD Blue 256 GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD

in the Corsair 400C case.
I have decided to go with an RX 580 since I plan to game at 1080p only and render videos.
I originally wanted to go with an ASUS STRIX 580 because of the cooling but getting it for around $280.

On the other hand, I'm getting an MSI GAMING X (8GB ofcourse) 580 for $240 from Frys with free store pickup.

Actually the MSI version has better clocks out of the box. So it seems better. So, should I get it or shell out an extra $40 for the STRIX or wait a week or two for prices to come down even more?
Also, since it's my first time with Frys, could anyone tell me if they charge sales tax, because then, I would rather get the STRIX itself.
BTW, any comments on the rig, safe for atleast a year or two for 1080p gaming?
Any help would be appreciated.
