RX 580 or GTX 1060 on Skyrim with enb

Would anyone please help me on deciding on buying an rx 580 or a gtx 1060 in playing skyrim with enb or fallout 4 thats heavily modded. I cant find any benchmarks on skyrim (modded) with an rx 580. Your advice will be greatly appreciated

Considering the fact, that Skyrim was running without any problem on my gtx 660, I would assume both those cards will fly it. Now since it is a game using DX9, 1060 is probably better choice, but make sure you buy 6 Gb version. However rx 580 should not be more then few FPS behind, so if you can find it at better price then 1060, it would also be good move (IF you can find it ... for example, as of today, there's not single 580 available for sale in my whole country).

Would RX 580 have a better "futureproof" than the GTX 1060?

It is quite possible. First, it has more vram (8 Gb vs 6 Gb for better version, 4 Gb vs 3 Gb on cheaper versions). Second, many people consider AMD cards to age better then Nvidia cards.
