rx 580 or gtx 1060

Hello i wanted to ask which of these gpu should i take gtx 1060 3gb or rx 580 4 gb? which will be better

Hi I know I might be late but go for the 1060 3g. It gets overall better fps and has just 1g lower Vram. In future/new titles just turn down Texture quality from ultra to high and you're good to go.

it will be a lot of difference i play simple games like fortnite,pubg ,r6s and other titles like these

Then go for the 1060. It has better fps on fortnite, slightly better fps on pubg and a tad lower on r6s. Still would go with the 1060.

What's the price difference if I may ask? if it's big go for the cheaper one as both perform almost the same but 1060 a little better overall. if price is (almost) the same go for 1060

I have a GTX 1060 3gb in a spare machine. trust me, I can see this card not lasting long for me. I've already had lack of vram issues in games (not even on Ultra). The RX 580 8GB is on sale right now for $169.
