Question Rx 580 problems with win 10

English is not my first language so it s possible to do some grammar mistakes.

My rig:
CPU: ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: RX 580
HDD: 2TB Seagate
SSD: kingston 480 gb
MOBO: asrock x570 extreme 4
RAM: 16GB 3200hz hyperx
PSU: 750W seasonic

So i build myself a new rig and decided to install win 10 64 bit pro version but i run in some problems with it. After installing win 10 after 2 min my pc starts restarting for ever. I had the same problem with my old rig. That s why i decided to build a new pc. I think my rx 580 is the problem. I ve tried different things but none seems to work. The only way that is work is with win 7 and 17.12.1 driver but sometime in games my pc is crashing and on my monitor appears some grey and black dots and restarts. I don t know what to do anymore.

How old is your Seasonic power supply? That is, how many years has it been in service? What is the EXACT model of it?

What is the model and brand of your RX 580?

Do you have the latest BIOS version installed for your motherboard?

Are your copies of Windows genuine and activated, legitimate versions, or are they pirated/torrented copies?

I have an rx 580 asus strix 8 gb 256 bit
The PS is brand new seasonic focux gx 750w, 80+
And i am using a win 10 pirated
I didn t uptaded my mobo

I believe it is 'best practice and advised' that when doing a new install of a OS, to only have the drive connected that you are going to install on.

We cannot support the use of pirated software here, it is EXPRESSLY AGAINST THE RULES, so further help will not be possible. However, THAT is probably 100% of your problem anyhow.
