Question RX 580 quitting under load?

I recently bought a used RX 580 Sapphire from ebay. I've been having some issues getting it to work properly. The main issue is that as soon as I put the card under load my screen turns a solid color, not always the same but usually a shade of blue depending on the program that I opened. I uninstalled the old driver software I had installed and downloaded the new software.

I posted this on the PSU section and they seemed to think that I just needed a new PSU with more juice but I was wondering if anyone here had any different insights.
I've been using this PSU for two years

PSU: XFX Force TS Bronze Series 550W
Motherbord: MSI B150M Mortar
GPU: Sapphire RX 580

First thing is to replace that PSU. If it doesn't fix the issue you can return the defective GPU and you then have a decent PSU for your next GPU.
