Question RX 580 running at 300mhz New guy needs help.

Hi all. First post. This is my first build in 5+ years or so.

Ryzen5 2600x
ASRock B450M Pro4 (Bios current)
4 8GB sticks of DDR4 3000 Team RAM
250 GB Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe m.2
Corsair 650 ps
XFX 8gb RX580

OK. First off, in case it is related, I bought the RAM in 2 transactions. Same numbers and all, but may have a compatibility issue there. I can't get it to run faster than 2400 (1197mhz). In the XMP profile it is set to 3000 and 16gb will run at 3000 but not 32. I will post that issue in the Memory forum if I don't find an answer here. Still have time to return it and/or swap for a matched set if needed. I did not change any voltages.

According to CPU-Z my video card core clock is running at 300mhz. I think its supposed to be running around 1450.

test the gpu clock speed when it in under load?

and about ram, return it, get a 2x16GB kit

Yeah 300MHz is idle-like.

Run FurMark and GPUz and report back
