Question RX 580 running HOT (90 degrees C)

Consistently running at 90 degrees C when it is anywhere above 80% load. Fans are completely maxed out. Any help?

MSI RX 580 8GB card
Fractal design focus g case (not sure if it would affect cooling drastically)

Wow that is even hotter than the XFX 580's. Nice case , it doesn't usually cause heat issues. What are your complete specs.
