Question Rx 580, Ryzen 5 2600, bad performance

So i have Rx 580, Ryzen 5 2600, 3000Mhz Ram - Bad Performance and my fps long time ago on CS GO was 250-300, now its not going above 150 it goes down to 100, also with the Riot Games too League of Legends and Valorant. LOL is really low game and i barely reach 120 fps. I have tried many things (BIOS Update, Windows Update, Graphic Drivers Update, Reinstall Windows, Enabling XMP to 2933 from 2336, Game Mode ON/OFF, Multirendering ON/OFF, SMT ON/OFF, Graphic Card is on the top of the slot, Temps are good, Graphic Settings - Games are added on, I changed from Windows 11 to Windows 10, Changed the game location from HDD to SSD, I have used DDU on the graphic card drivers and installed them from the start. Other thing is that if i change the resolution from high to low it has 0 impacts, the FPS stays the same.

It might just be that the card is on its last legs. I don't know if you bought it new but Polaris cards (RX 460-RX 590) were some of the first cards used in mining.

The card is six years old, that's an eternity in tech.
