Hello, I'm to PC Building (this is my first). So I don't really know what I should look for in a motherboard, so I was wondering what would be the best mother board for a

CPU : Ryzen 7 1700k
GPU : RX 580

I haven't really looked into other parts yet, and budget on the motherboard hopefully be cheaper

Solution
If only for gaming, 1700 and 1600 has no diff and can pair with any GPU, same gaming performance. My recommendation:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($193.67 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B350 PC MATE ATX AM4 Motherboard ($69.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($154.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($94.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($43.89 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Mini ITX OC Video...
Well, regarding the CPU, I just need a good foundation. Something I can use to just upgrade the GPU in the future.

My monitor is a 1366 x 768, but I'm thinking on getting a 1080 x 1920 screen. It's mainly going to be used for gaming.

The budget is around $1000 USD or maybe slightly more around 1300 USD, since the currency exchange rates are insane for my country ( 1usd = 4rm).

But I think I'll use the "Internet" as a list and buy the parts in real life with a hopefully better price.
